IV. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
1. To enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
a. Teachers were suggested to acquire Meta-cognitive teaching in commercial subjects. To keep in line with the school major concern “Quality Learning”, the application of Metacognition teaching strategies and methods would be consolidated. Members were expected to achieve THREE “Good” grade or above in the following FOUR Metacognition questioning strategies (QPNP, Probes, Prompts & Clues, Think Aloud, Error Analysis).
b. Collaborative lesson planning would be implemented.
2. To facilitate students with self-learning initiative.

. A mentoring scheme would be introduced to S5 BAFS students. S6 BAFS students would act as mentors to take care of some S5 students. Those S6 students would have more experience that could be shared with them.
d
. Lesson preparation policy would be extended to all NSS classes (S4, S5 & S6).
e. Group learning would be implemented in "BAFS" lessons.
