1. Fine-tuning policy
a) Tailoring the syllabus in S1

b) Outside classroom Activities to supplement learning of Science in English

i) bridging programme in summer holiday,

ii) spelling competition in Science week

c) Provide an environment for learning of Science in English

2. Enhance teaching and learning
a) Investigatory activities
(enhance the skill and language activities so as to bridge to NSS) (apply to S1 & S2)

b) Strengthen the meta-cognitive strategies( focus on four main strategies) (apply to S1 & S2)

c) Students learn in an initiative learning environment ( students need to prepare lesson and not more than five marks in CA marks are given to them) (apply to S1 & S2)

d) More exposure related to Science (cooperate with Science Society)
i) Inside school- hold different kinds of activities e.g. open science laboratory for students to do experiments, competition, etc)

ii) Outside school- visiting , attend workshop or exhibitions, competition, etc

e) Planning and conducting project learning in S2 (cross subjects)
